ABOUT US

Our Values
Trust
We understand that buying medication online is a big deal. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and your medical records are only available to our pharmacy team. This information is never shared under any circumstance and your purchase is 100% confidential.
Discreet
We operate a discreet packaging policy and your medication is dispatched to you in plain and discreet packaging. There is no mention of the contents of your purchase on the parcel, and our “senders address” does not contain the business name.
Authenticity
We purchase medication from UK registered pharmaceutical wholesalers only. All medication that is dispensed from our pharmacy is scanned through a centralised database which confirms the authenticity of every single medicine that enters and leaves the pharmacy.
Service
We are committed to providing a high level of service to each and every customer. Accessibility is one of the core principals that our company was founded on and our customer support team is on hand to help you. You can chat to us using our live chat feature or phone us during business hours. E-mails are responded to throughout the day.
Qualified
We have a highly qualified pharmacy team leading our service. We are passionate about helping you and providing a caring service that is safe and convenient.

Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
Post-Brexit, the MHRA no longer issues certification to websites selling medication online. However, it is a legal requirement for medication wholesalers to hold an MHRA license.
